It is through our relationships and experiences with self, others, and the world around us that we begin to grow and heal, and life itself can hold us back from engaging in the change we want to see. Whatever difficulties you may be experiencing, whether it be trauma, issues with boundaries, struggling with depression, your spirituality, or any other distressing experience,
I will walk the path with you, as I believe healing is a journey in which you
do not have to walk alone.

I am passionate about working with young adults, college students, and the LGBTQ+ community. In my practice, I use a person-centered, culturally sensitive, and integrative approach, while utilizing modalities like EMDR, CBT, and traditional talk therapy. I also offer guidance for those looking to incorporate their spirituality. My goal is to meet you where you’re at, and provide a space that is non-judgmental, compassionate, and empowering.

I understand it can be difficult to find the right therapist- that’s why I offer a free 15-minute virtual consultation. From there, we can decide if I am the right fit to support and join you on your healing journey.
